Terms of the 14 day trial:

Offer open to mainland UK schools/organisations only.

Only one trial pack will be issued per school/organisation.

Unwanted trials must be returned in mint condition in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to keep the trial, your school/organisation will be invoiced automatically and the invoice will become due 28 days from date of receipt. Any returns to be sent recorded delivery with Royal Mail to Talking Dice Ltd, M323 Cardiff Bay Business Centre, Lewis Road, Cardiff CF24 5BS.

Late returns will incur an administration charge of £10. We will not accept returns of unwanted goods after 28 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The total amount payable inclusive of VAT and postage & packing under this agreement is £99, should you decide to keep the trial set for more than 14 days.

All materials supplied remain the property of Talking Dice until full payment is received.

Your details will be added to our internal marketing database. Your details will not be shared with any third party, and will be subject to the terms of our privacy policy.

These terms are subject to change without notice.

By accepting these terms you agree that you are an authorised representative of the school or organisation applying for the trial, and that you are authorised to request the trial without permission from your school or organisation. Unauthorised requests become the responsibility of the individual requesting the trial.

For trials that are kept, standard terms and conditions of sale apply.
